The House of Culinary Arts & Cookbook Museum

The exhibition pavilion that represented Sweden at the Expo 92 world fair in Seville has been transformed into a centre for food, drink and the culinary arts. Located here is the Nordic region’s first Cookbook Museum, built around large parts of restaurateur Thore Wretman’s unique collection, which includes the world’s oldest cookbook.
