Ljusnarsberg Church

Ljusnarsberg Church is regarded by many as central Sweden’s largest and most beautiful wooden church. Some years ago it was named the most beautiful church in Sweden. The timbered building has a facade of red-coloured wooden shingles and is equipped with a number of spires. It was built in 1635 and enlarged a number of times during the 17th century.
